Super news to report. Card-Jitsu Fire has come out on Club Penguin! It came out a little early, on 11/23. To play the game, head over to the Fire Dojo, a new room just for Club Penguin members. You must be a paid member and you must already be a ninja from the original Card-Jitsu game to play Card Jitsu Fire.
To get into the Fire Dojo, you have to go into the secret ninja hideout (known as the Flying Flippers Emporium) and then click on the little stone door next to the stairs on the left side of the room. A giant door will appear to the left and once it's there you can walk through it. The door leads to the Fire Dojo.
You'll enter on the right side of the room. To start playing Card-Jitsu Fire, walk up to Sensei in the back. On the first time you talk with him, you'll get some additional Card-Jitsu cards in your deck. These are added to the cards you already have from the original Card-Jitsu game. You can also buy Card-Jitsu cards at the store or online to get unlock codes for more special cards in the game.
The new Card-Jitsu Fire game plays differently than the original. A major change is that up to four players play at the same time. Many of the rules and procedures in the game have changed as well. You start the game with 6 energy points and the goal is to be the last player left with energy. The way that the game works is that each player takes a turn. When your turn comes up, you click the ring of stones in the middle which reveals a number. Next you move around the board to the left or right the number of spaces shown on the stone. The space you land on determines the kind of round that is played. If you choose a snow, fire or water place then a simple round is played in which everyone plays a card. The player with the highest card of that type wins. The winner keeps all of his energy and everyone else loses one. There are also wildcard spaces. When you land on one, the choice of which round to play is yours (fire, water or snow). And there are also special Card-Jitsu spaces. If you land on these spaces, you select any player to challenge in a normal round of Card-Jitsu. If you land on a space with another player already on it, you automatically play them in a single round of Card-Jitsu. In a normal Card-Jitsu round, the loser still loses a point, but now the winner gains a point.
The last player with any energy points left is the winner. After the game ends, you earn some progress towards earning the special Fire Suit. The amount of progress towards each piece of the suit depends on what place you got in the game and how many people were playing. The suit comes in four different pieces, beginning with the flame sandals. It's pretty easy to earn the first piece, but the remaining pieces are much harder to earn. Once you earn all four pieces and assemble the full suit, you can take on Sensei in a round of Card-Jitsu Fire and try to win a special jewel that fits inside your Card-Jitsu amulet.
